Fusion Phalam is a family-run dry-fruit house from Kusumkhera, Haldwani, in the Uttarakhand hills. We buy direct from small growers, sort every batch by hand, and refuse to bleach, glaze or pad what nature already made perfect.
For years our family watched the same story repeat: growers in Kashmir and the Kumaon hills sold their harvest cheap to middlemen, who would bleach it bright, polish it shiny, and resell it as “premium” under borrowed names. The grower earned little. The customer paid more for less.
So in 2018 we started Fusion Phalam to do it the honest way — buy direct, pay growers fairly, and sell exactly what we’d eat at our own table. Naturally amber Mamra almonds. Unbleached raisins. Pistachios that taste of pistachio, not salt and oil.
We buy straight from small growers in Kashmir, the Kumaon hills, Iran and Afghanistan — no middlemen, fairer prices for farmers.
Every batch is graded by hand — three passes — by women’s cooperatives we pay above market rate.
No bleach, no sulphur, no glaze, no oil. Just the fruit, exactly as it grew.
FSSAI-licensed and lab-checked for aflatoxins, pesticides and heavy metals — every single batch.
