FusionPhalam began in 2018 when Aarav Tewari returned to his grandfather’s almond orchard in the Anantnag valley. He’d watched the family’s harvest sold cheap to middlemen who’d bleach, polish and resell it as “premium” under foreign labels. He wanted that to stop.
Today we work directly with 42 small farms across Kashmir, Iran and Afghanistan. Every batch is hand-sorted by women’s cooperatives we pay above market rate. Nothing is bleached, glazed, or older than 90 days when it reaches you.
